FIRST :: Belgian Red Rye Ale // Spice Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese, Sherry Vinaigrette, Herbed Oil

SECOND :: Chardonnay Barrel Aged IPA // Crusted Bay Scallops, Buttered Asparagus and Artichokes, Creamed Chantrelles, Citrus Jus

THIRD :: Sour Plum Saison // Spicy Bitter Green Salad, Smoked Poached Pear, Shaved Manchego, Cracked Black Pepper

FOURTH :: Eight-Hop Imperial IPA // Blackened Brisket, Yukon Puree, Roasted Corn, Bourbon Jus

FIFTH :: Tart Wisconsin Cherry Cider // Strawberry Grapefruit Curd and Custard Tart with Flaxseed and Wheat Germ Crust, Whipped Basil Mascarpone, Cherry Port Reduction
